Terms of service

Last updated 29 September 2026

Bidstage (bidstage.app) is operated by Erebos Labs("we", "us"). These terms apply when you or your organisation use Bidstage. By creating an account you accept them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

1. What Bidstage does

Bidstage reads open public tender notices from official sources in the EU, the UK, the US federal government, Canada and the World Bank, builds a capability profile from your website or description, matches notices to that profile, and can summarise notices and write first drafts of responses. It is a research tool for businesses. It does not submit bids, act as your agent, or give legal, tax or procurement advice.

2. Accounts

  • You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. Keep access to that inbox secure.
  • You must be at least 18 and use Bidstage for business purposes.
  • On the Team plan the subscriber is the account owner. The owner can invite up to 2people; members share the owner's profiles, matches and draft allowance, and lose access when removed, when they leave, or when the Team plan ends. The owner is responsible for who they invite.

3. Subscriptions and payment

  • Plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record and may show on your statement.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
  • New subscribers can ask for a full refund within 7 days of their first payment. See the refund policy.
  • We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice by email.

4. Tender data

Notices come from public sources under their own licences (see sources and attribution). We copy them faithfully but cannot guarantee that a source is complete, current or error-free, and notices can change or be withdrawn by the buyer. Deadlines and values are shown from the official notice data. Always read the official notice and tender documents before you decide to bid. We do not promise that you will find or win any contract.

5. AI-generated content

Profiles, summaries and draft responses are written with the help of AI models. They are instructed to use only the notice and your profile and to leave placeholders instead of inventing facts, but they can still be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for checking and editing anything you submit to a buyer.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not resell, republish in bulk or redistribute Bidstage output as a competing data service.
  • Do not scrape the service, bypass rate limits or human verification, or access accounts that are not yours.
  • Do not submit a website or description you have no right to use, or content that is unlawful.
  • Do not use the service to probe, attack or overload other systems.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, after notice where that is reasonable.

7. Your content

Your profiles, notes and drafts remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Bidstage available and the data fresh, but sources and services can be interrupted. We may improve or change features; if a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund for the unused period.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost contracts or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Bidstage and cancel at any time. We can end the service for an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

11. Changes to these terms

We will email subscribers about material changes at least 30 days before they apply. The date at the top shows the latest version.

12. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the country where Erebos Labs is established, without affecting mandatory consumer or business protections where you are based. Questions: support@bidstage.app.
