How to register and bid in Slovenia
- Find notices on TED (above the EU thresholds) and on the national portal (e-JN (enarocanje.si)) for smaller contracts.
- Register on the e-procurement platform named in the notice; most EU procedures are fully electronic.
- Fill in the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD), a self-declaration that you meet the exclusion and selection criteria. The winner provides the evidence later.
- Submit your tender in an accepted language (usually Slovenian), before the deadline stated in the notice.
